Instruction to authors
- All abstracts must be prepared in both MS word and Acrobat pdf files using Times New Roman font and font size of 10. Images must be embedded within an abstract.
- An abstract must include an introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion/ conclusion and references. It should be fit within one page of A4 size paper (see the example on the following page).
- The dead line of abstract submission is September 15, 2009 . Abstracts submitted after the dead line would be considered for presentation at the conference but will not be included in the proceeding.
- Submission can be done only by online submission at the webpage of the congress ( www.kava.or.kr) If you would encounter any trouble with online submission, please contact Dr. Sang-Yoon Nam at e-mail address synam@cbu.ac.kr.
- Oral presentation will be selected and the authors will be notified by September 31, 2009 .
- Authors of oral presentation must prepare a poster.
Poster presentation
- The poster size is 80 cm width X 100 cm height
- The poster must include an introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion/ conclusion and references.
- The poster numbers designated will be given to presenting authors in a letter of acceptation.
- The authors should prepare for brief presentation during the poster session on November 5, 2009.
Presentation Policies
- The scientific committee will accept only research works that have not been previously published or presented.
- Presenting authors must register and have done the payment.

Awards for excellent oral and poster presentations will be granted to participants based on the quality of their abstract as well as presentation by the scientific review committee.
